Edgemere Commons is designed as a 100-percent affordable housing development located in Far Rockaway, Queens; a model of community-centric development that puts families first. The building will contain 237 apartments with floor plans ranging from studios to three-bedroom units.

S. Falco Construction provided foundation and concrete superstructure work for this mid-rise, 240,000 square foot structure encompassing 11,325 cubic yards of concrete and 1,242 tons of rebar.

The completed project was delivered on March 29, 2024, a full three weeks ahead of schedule.
