Edgemere Commons is designed as a 100-percent affordable housing development located in Far Rockaway, Queens; a model of community-centric development that puts families first. This is the second building in the Edgemere Commons master plan. This 18 - story building will contain 244 apartments with floor plans ranging from studios to three-bedroom units as well as first floor retail space.

After successfully delivering on the first Edgemere project, S. Falco Construction will again provide foundation and superstructure work for this construction.
